FeaturedUniversity of Nevada, Reno - Redfield Campus 18600 Wedge Pkwy, Reno, NV, United StatesThe SBIRT Champion Training of Trainers (TOT) program is an advanced professional development opportunity for individuals who are committed to expanding the use of Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) within their organizations and communities. Designed for professionals who have already completed SBIRT training, this program prepares participants to serve as local champions by strengthening their skills in SBIRT education, implementation, and practice improvement.
Participants will explore adult learning principles, training facilitation techniques, implementation strategies, and approaches to sustaining SBIRT within diverse settings. Through interactive learning and peer collaboration, participants will develop a practical plan for advancing SBIRT and supporting colleagues in adopting evidence-informed practices.
