She is a Marriage and Family Therapist, a licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and the Program Coordinator for the Perinatal Mental Health Program at Quest Counseling. Jillian also oversees a community partnership with the Women and Children’s program at Crossroads, where Quest provides multiple mental health, harm-reduction and substance use recovery groups as well as other services for the participants and their children.
