The Nevada Essentials for Childhood (NV EfC) initiative is launching its third third annual Nevada Essentials for Childhood: Preventing ACEs through Data to Action Stakeholders Needs Assessment, and we invite partners across the state to participate.
This survey is designed to assess:
- Agency-specific data needs
- Awareness of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
- Awareness of Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs)
- Understanding of Social Determinants of Health (SDoH)
- Familiarity with the Nevada EfC website and prevention efforts
Results from the needs assessment will inform the development of a statewide Data to Action dissemination plan, aimed at translating Nevada’s ACEs, PCEs, and related risk and protective factor data into practical tools for communities. Findings will also guide the creation of a community campaign that promotes help-seeking behaviors and ensures data is accessible and useful for agencies across Nevada.
