- Introduction to Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS), Compassion Fatigue and Burnout and its prevalence among prevention specialists
- Identifying risk factors, vulnerabilities, and triggers for Secondary Traumatic Stress
- Recognizing signs and symptoms of Secondary Traumatic Stress in oneself and others and what to do
- Learn and practice skills development for stress management, self-regulation, co-regulation, grounding, and self-care for prevention professionals
- Lay the groundwork for a Community of Trauma-Informed and Resilience-Oriented Prevention Professionals
