Screening, Prevention, and Intervention (SPI) 2026 Needs Assessment Survey
Invitation to Participate
The Nevada Opioid Center of Excellence’s Screening, Prevention and Intervention (SPI) Project is conducting a survey to identify training and technical assistance needs to assist Nevada communities in effectively addressing opioid and stimulant misuse. The SPI project holds the potential to improve and strengthen Nevada’s public health system by assisting community healthcare workers, criminal justice professionals and adolescent service providers to provide opportunities for screening, prevention and early intervention with at-risk substance users before more severe consequences occur.
You are invited to participate in this survey because you have valuable information to help us determine what services to provide and how best to provide them. We anticipate that it will take about 10 minutes to complete the survey. As an added bonus, at the end of the survey, you can choose to enter a drawing to win a $25 Amazon gift card just for filling out this brief and completely anonymous survey.
The information you provide in the survey will be very valuable in assisting the SPI project staff to prioritize and plan free in-person and online training, technical assistance to support SPI resources, outreach, and increase opportunities for Nevadans to seek help with opioid, stimulant, and other substance misuse.
Please go to the link below to complete the survey. Also share this survey with other colleagues who you think would be good for us to hear from as well.
***At the end of this survey period, two $25 Amazon gift cards will be raffled off to two survey respondents. (No state of federal grant/contract funds will be used in the purchase of raffle prizes).
