Nevada Overdose Data to Action Program (OD2A) will be hosting the second of four data-related trainings on Thursday, April 23th from 12:00-1:00 PM. This session, Navigating Data Dashboards, will: 1) show users how to navigate Nevada substance use data dashboards and apply filters (e.g., time period, geography, demographic characteristics) to explore available data and 2) identify and describe basic trends or patterns in substance use and overdose data displayed in the dashboards. If you are interested in attending, please register at this link. The session will be recorded and shared with the listserv for those who are unable to attend live.
About Overdose Data to Action (OD2A)?
Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) is a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)–funded initiative that supports state and local partners in using timely, high-quality data to inform overdose prevention and response strategies. In Nevada, the OD2A team collects, analyzes, and disseminates actionable data—such as emergency department visits, fatal and non-fatal overdoses, and related surveillance indicators—to help communities identify trends, guide resource allocation, and strengthen coordinated response efforts across the state.
