This summit is designed to increase participation from community members interested in learning more about becoming Community Based Living Arrangement (CBLA) providers and contracting with Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services (NNAMHS).
The NNAMHS Community-Based Housing Summit will be held at the Peppermill Hotel in Reno, Nevada, on August 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This event will highlight the dedication and hard work of our current housing providers, include a training component focused on best practices in supportive housing, and feature a consumer panel of individuals who are currently in, or have previously utilized, our residential program.
In addition to training and discussion, the summit will create space for providers, partners, and community members to network and learn more about the needs of people with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and how we can better support recovery-focused, person-centered housing options.
