This free webinar is designed for SAMHSA Tribal Opioid Response (TOR) grantees, Tribal organizations, individuals, communities and others interested in the needs of Tribal communities. It will discuss common challenges facing behavioral health professionals and grant-funded staff working in Indigenous and Tribal communities, including compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and burnout. Participants will gain practical tools for self-care, boundary setting, stress management and organizational wellness while exploring strategies to strengthen workforce development, retention and long-term sustainability.
