NOCE Screening Prevention Intervention Collaboration (SPI) Team

The Screening, Prevention, and Intervention (SPI) Collaboration supports local organizations and jurisdictions in expanding and improving their capacity to prevent and treat opioid use disorder (OUD) and increase access to medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD). By training and assisting healthcare providers, community health workers, criminal justice professionals, and youth service organizations, the SPI team promotes early identification and intervention for individuals at risk. This work enhances Nevada’s public health infrastructure and helps ensure that communities statewide have the tools and partnerships needed to provide timely, compassionate, and effective responses to substance use.
