Resilience for Families: Navigating Substance Use and Mental Health Conditions

Families are often torn apart when a loved one is experiencing alcohol and drug abuse and/or mental health conditions. They are left feeling isolated and not knowing where to turn for help. Join the Behavioral Health Association of Nevada (BHAN) for a free workshop to learn more about substance use and mental health conditions and how you can support your loved ones.

This initiative is funded by the City of Reno’s Opioid funds, with the Behavioral Health Association of Nevada being a subrecipient of these funds.

Flyer titled “Resilience for Families: Navigating Substance Use and Mental Health Conditions.” Text explains a free workshop for families supporting loved ones with substance use or mental health conditions. Event location is Washoe County Commission Chambers, 1001 E. 9th Street, Building A, Reno, Nevada 89512, with contact phone number 775-383-7779. Date and time are February 12, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. The flyer includes a photo of an older woman smiling while hugging a younger woman outdoors.
