The State Unintentional Drug Overdose Reporting System (SUDORS) is a part of the OD2A program and is used to collect data surrounding unintentional drug overdoses that occur in order to better inform prevention methods in the future.
The goals of SUDORS are to:
- Better understand the circumstances that surround overdose deaths
- Improve overdose data timelines and accuracy
- Identify specific substances causing or contributing to the death as well as emerging and polysubstance overdose trends to help inform overdose prevention and response efforts.
- More Information can be found on where to find naloxone and fentanyl test strips in your community at nvopioidresponse.org.
