SUMMARY:CARA Plans of Care Transition from OpenBeds to Smartsheet Training
DESCRIPTION:The Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH) is transitioning CARA Plans of Care submissions from OpenBeds to Smartsheet. Beginning August 1\, 2026\, hospital staff who submit or oversee CARA Plans of Care will be expected to use Smartsheet for submissions. \nDPBH will host a virtual training to provide guidance on the new Smartsheet process and support a smooth transition. Staff involved in submitting or overseeing CARA Plans of Care are encouraged to attend. \nTraining DetailsDate: July 23\, 2026Time: 12:00–1:00 p.m.Location: Virtual (Zoom) \nJoin Zoom Meeting:https://us06web.zoom.us/j/87855968130?jst=2Meeting ID: 878 5596 8130 \nThe training will be recorded and distributed afterward for staff who are unable to attend. \nOpenBeds will remain accessible through August 31\, 2026\, to provide temporary support if staff encounter issues during the transition that cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
