SUMMARY:Preparing your Health Center for SBIRT Implementation - Extended Online Professional Learning Series
DESCRIPTION:Every Thursday\, April 24 – June 5\, 2025\n8:00AM – 9:30 AM (PT) \nAbout the training: Screening\, Brief Intervention\, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) is designed to provide universal screening\, prevention\, and early intervention and treatment within health care and community-based organizations for people who have risky or hazardous alcohol and/or drug use. This extended online learning series will use blended activities\, self-study and performance feedback related to the utilization and implementation of SBIRT and expose participants to standardized SBIRT protocols. Through virtual-interactive learning\, participants will receive real-time performance feedback related SBIRT implementation strategies with an emphasis on integrating brief interventions into current services and workflow.
